Annie

Annie is a 1 year old border collie/golden retriever mix; spayed; UTD on vaccines; housebroken, and knows how to use a dog door...Who had a bit of a rough start early in life, but despite this she has remained sweet, loving, eager to please, along with a willingness to learn.  Currently she is at doggie camp in Arroyo Grande learning to get over some of her socializing fears towards, dogs, new places, and strange people.  The doggie camp counselors say she is making excellent progress in her doggie socialization skills, and she is now initializing doggie play with her fellow K-9's at camp. Annie also continues to work on her outing to new places skills along with reinforcement of her basic obedience while she is attending camp.

We are seeking a loving home for this wonderful girl that comes with the understanding that she is still learning.  The good news is she is learning, and once her 21 day camp is over, the camp people offer training for her for the rest of her life should the need arise.  The ideal owner will be an owner that is willing to meet with the trainers upon completion of the 21 day camp on 4/29/11 (?) to learn what Annie has learned during her stay at camp.  Reinforcement is going to be the key to Annie success; if you’d like to be part of the success please contact Jennifer 805-439-1276.
